VENDORS ARE EXPECTED TO ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN 8:00AM AND MUST LEAVE BY 4:00PM. HOLIDAY MARKET ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TURN AWAY VENDORS WHO ARRIVE AFTER 10:00AM WITH NO REFUND.

Payment can be remitted online here or by check made payable to NRPCA, 18445 Scarsdale St., Detroit, Michigan 48223. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2023.
