Complimentary Parking & Security – Enjoy the convenience of 80 on-site parking spaces plus free street parking just steps from the venue. A dedicated security guard will be on-site to monitor the parking lot throughout your celebration, ensuring a worry-free experience on your special day.

- 3 additional ornate wood tables are available in lobbies and can be repurposed for cards & gifts, guest books, etc.
- From the moment you arrive until your last dance, our dedicated House Representatives will be on-site to ensure your wedding day is flawless, stress-free, and truly unforgettable
- Linens are not included
Park Grounds
Imagine saying ‘I do’ surrounded by seven acres of lush park grounds, rolling grassy knolls, and towering mature trees—creating the perfect backdrop for your wedding.
Your rental package also includes exclusive access to our scenic park grounds and charming patio, offering endless possibilities for stunning photos and unforgettable moments.
Outdoor Patio
The Community House is home to stunning artwork, including a striking sculpture by renowned artist Charles McGee and a breathtaking mosaic by acclaimed artist Hubert Massey. Our charming patio seamlessly connects to the ballroom lobby, creating the perfect setting for effortless indoor-outdoor celebrations.
Commercial Kitchen
Adjoining commercial kitchen can be used by licensed caterers with Servsafe Certifications to prepare, cook or bake meals. Regardless of license status, all renters may utilize the kitchen for staging, refrigeration and complimentary ice.
- We have no limitations on which vendors you choose to work with!
- Spirits, beer and champagne are permitted
Wedding Party Suites
- We have two private rooms typically used by wedding parties to prepare for their event
- Our lower suite, sometimes referred to as a “Bridal Room,” is located on the ground floor and features a sitting area, full length mirror, private restrooms, and a vanity
- Our upper suite offers additional private space which is often used when couples wish to get ready separately
Bar & Coat Check
In one of two lobbies at the venue, guests are welcome to make use of our built-in bar and coat rack.
